The mystery building on Carnation is …

… not a new business. But it is the new home of Lee County’s WIC program. It’ll open Tuesday.

The new building at 532 Carnation Street in Tupelo is next to the old WIC distribution center. Each month, the program serves about 2,500 people. The old location is owned by Tommy Morgan and it’s unclear what it will be used for now.
