And we have a tie. Sherman and New Albany both have regular for $3.09 per gallon (last week’s prices).
Members at Sam’s Club in Tupelo can get it for $3.14. Iuka, Starkville and Amory all have it for $3.19. Tupelo continues to disappoint with regular at Kroger for $3.21.
Most expensive gas this week: Oxford, $3.29.
Also, I filled up in Pontotoc on Tuesday ($3.04 per gallon) and was surprised to see that Wal-Mart’s fuel is 10 percent ethanol. Anyone know of other NeMiss gas stations that incorporate ethanol?
Why is gas always more expensive here? How can they get away with charging us more than everyone else?
The pumps at the Pilot station in New Albany also have stickers that say they incorporate 10% ethanol.
