Online biz directory for downtown Tupelo

Downtown Tupelo now has an online business directory, thanks to Tupelo High School student Katie Scarlett. Read the full story from today’s paper.

Check out the online directory yourself. Find anything you didn’t know about? I didn’t realize Nostalgia Alley and The Main Attraction were two different places. Anyone been to Nostalgia Alley? What’s it like?

BWM, note in the article about the tenants “that chose to participate”. Some may not have wanted to be on there, although I wouldn’t know why.

I noticed that Fairpark Salon and Edward Jones was not on there. Also, First Baptist Church was not on there.

Yeah, she said she mailed out the surveys, e-mailed the surveys and then visited every business that hadn’t responded. She said there were a number that flat out refused or that didn’t get back to her.

But, if they want to be added now that they see she is legit, the association will add them.
