Kyoto Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar (previous coverage) has set an opening date of June 27 (next Friday). The owners gave the Biz a tour Friday, and we saw some more progress since our last preview. The furniture is in the restaurant and the sushi bar (pictured below) has taken shape.
