However, CVS won't comment on any deals until they are signed, sealed and delivered. The last thing I heard about the CVS/Church of Christ deal was the two couldn't work out a timeframe. The way I heard it, the church said it would sign if CVS would allow the members time to find a new location. However, CVS was looking for a site that was immediately available. But, all of that is rumor and was passed down through the grapevine. Neither party has commented.
